How Would You Coach Me?
I would begin your coaching by finding out what you really want along with
discovering what you really value. As your coach, I would ask you many
questions,
such as:
- What is really the most important thing that you would like to have more
of in your
life?
- How would your life be different if you had this?
- What stops you
from having it?
- How would having "it" affect the significant people in our
life?
- What's your life long dream?
- What are some short-term goals that you
want
to achieve in the next 90 days?
- What career challenges would you find
exciting?
- Where would you like to be in the next three years?
- What do you see as
the purpose of your life?
- What do want to achieve through coaching?
Additional Coaching Questions
- What would you like to have more/less of in your life?
- How would your life be different with more/less of___________________?
- What would that feel like for you?
- What are the biggest obstacles to you having more/less of______________?
- What one thing could you do today that would move you towards having
more/less of____________________?
- Are you willing to make the commitment to begin today?
- Do see Coaching as a possibility to support your need to continue working
towards having more/less of________?
The answers to these questions lead to the development of your
vision statement as to what you really want to do with your life. It is your own
personal vision, which serves as a basis for making life-directing decisions.
From this we
develop goals and take focused actions to achieve them; which gives you the
opportunity to live your life with deep meaning and purpose.
At a set time each week you would call me or see me in person to discuss the
progress you are making towards achieving your goals.
